Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 August 2026
These terms govern your use of CareCue’s apps and website (“CareCue”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using CareCue, you agree to them.
1What CareCue is
CareCue is a caregiver-first medication reminder service. A caregiver configures medicines and schedules; a paired parent receives dose alarms and confirms doses. We also surface low-stock refill nudges and optional pharmacy refill offers.
2Not medical advice
CareCue does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a medical device. Information in the app is for reminder and organisational purposes only. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something in CareCue. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
3Accounts & pairing
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. A caregiver may pair with a parent only with that person’s (or their lawful guardian’s) consent, via the pairing code. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4Your responsibilities
- Enter medicines, doses, and schedules accurately.
- Confirm the correct medication and dosage with your doctor or pharmacist.
- Keep the parent’s device charged and permissions (alarms/notifications) enabled.
- Obtain consent before pairing and before adding another person’s data.
5Reminders & reliability
CareCue’s on-device alarms are designed to work offline and survive reboot. However, no software can guarantee delivery in every circumstance (e.g. a powered-off or misconfigured device, revoked permissions, or OS restrictions). You should not rely on CareCue as the sole safeguard for a critical dose.
6Refill offers & partners
Refill offers come from third-party pharmacy partners and are clearly labelled. Orders are completed in the partner’s own app and are subject to their terms, pricing, availability, and delivery. We are not responsible for products or services provided by partners.
7Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect only name, age, and medicines, never a diagnosis, and ads are refill-only.
8Acceptable use
Do not misuse CareCue: no unlawful use, no accessing another person’s data without consent, no interfering with or reverse-engineering the service, and no attempts to disrupt or overload our systems.
9Intellectual property
CareCue and its content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the service for its intended purpose but may not copy, resell, or create derivative works without permission.
10Disclaimer of warranties
CareCue is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareCue and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed doses, arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Termination
You may stop using CareCue and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect users or the service.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
14Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Questions: support@carecue.in.
